DOWNINGTOWN PA – A seminar covering “Online Resources for Job-Seekers” will be presented Monday (Feb. 11, 2013) from 7-8:30 p.m. in Room 104 of the Calvary Fellowship Church of Downingtown, 95 W. Devon Dr., as part of a newly expanded employment assistance support and networking group for the unemployed and underemployed.
It will be followed Feb. 18 (Monday) by a seminar on “Identifying and Activating a Free Job-Search Team,” at the same location and time.
The presentations, which feature two organizations that provide many often-unknown free assistance services for the unemployed and underemployed, as components of the “12 Steps Toward Employment” workshop curriculum offered as part of the weekly, year-around group.
Additional individual support also is offered for resume writing, interview skills, job search assistance and more. The meeting is open to all job-seekers, along with family members, organization representatives and other individuals wanting to learn more about effectively assisting the unemployed and underemployed.
For more information or to register, call Casey Jones at 610-707-1494, or send him an e-mail, here.
