New Housing Community Opens Its Doors In Royersford

ROYERSFORD PA – “The Summit at Providence Corner” on Rittenhouse Road in Royersford, a new single-family home community being built by the Ryan Homes division of Virginia-based NVR Inc., marked its grand opening Thursday (May 17, 2012), the company announced.

Its press release claimed The Summit was “the lowest-priced new single-family home community in the sought-after Spring-Ford Area School District.” Prices for homes there start at $320,000, according to NVR.

It said The Summit “features plenty of open space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, as well as impressive walking trails. The community is conveniently close to Route 422 and the King of Prussia area, with easy access to Providence Town Center and a nearby Wegman’s supermarket,” both in Collegeville.

Homes at The Summit are available with up to five bedrooms and up to 4-1/2 baths, it added. Features include 9-foot ceilings, General Electric appliances and Timberlake cabinetry. Optional design features include luxury owner’s baths, morning rooms, and hardwood or ceramic tile flooring. For a limited time, the company said, buyers can take advantage of pre-construction savings of up to $15,000 when using a mortgage also issued through an NVR affiliate.

All Ryan Homes, it said, carry 10-year structural warranties, and are independently verified for quality by a third-party inspector. They are fully Energy Star-certified, yielding monthly utility bills up to 30-percent lower than standard homes, according to the federal Environmental Protection Agency.
